1. Returns:

- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and all accompanying items and accessories must be available and undamaged.
- A full refund will be issued according to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange the product you received for another item from our collection, you can request an exchange. Please consider the following points:
- You must notify us of your exchange request within a reasonable period from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with the terms specified in the exchange policy.
- We will arrange for the return of the original product and provide the replacement product as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
- The original product must be in its original condition, and all accompanying items and accessories must be available and undamaged.
3. Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
